No, you will need to call the office to schedule the container to be picked up, unless you instruct otherwise.

  • Where should I place the dumpster?

Make sure that the driver will have plenty of room to drop off and pick up the dumpster. No vehicles or other materials can be blocking the dumpster.

We respect your property and make every effort to ensure no damage is caused. Protective barriers can be placed between your property and the dumpster to ensure no damage is done. The customer will need to leave plywood or boards out for our driver to use.

Dumpsters sometimes attract illegal dumping. We recommend placing it in an area that cannot be seen from the main road. If this is not possible, we recommend placing a tarp over the dumpster when not in use to help deter illegal dumping. The customer is responsible for any item(s) placed in and/or around dumpster.

Most municipalities require a “street use permit” if the dumpster is placed on a public roadway or right-of-way. We highly recommend consulting with your local jurisdiction before ordering a dumpster.

  • How do I load the dumpster?

Load the dumpster evenly to distribute the weight. Do not overfill the dumpster above the top or sides. If the dumpster is overloaded and/or is loaded unevenly, Indiana State Law prohibits us from transporting the container. A trip charge will be incurred if the driver has to return.
